Engine and Hardware
The Ampere Magnus EX is powered by a 1.2kW motor that can propel it to a top speed of 55 Kmph, but despite the instant torque provided by an electric motor, the Magnus hits a standstill at 40 Kmph. The Ampere Magnus Ex uses two riding modes: Eco and Cruise.
In cruise mode, the range drops to around 80 Km and is claimed to offer up to 100km in eco mode. Its 60V, 30Ah Lithium-Ion battery is removable. You can easily take out the battery and charge it at your workplace or home.
Features
In terms of features, the Ampere Magnus EX gets a fully digital instrument console, an all-halogen setup for the tail lamps, bulb indicators, keyless entry, an integrated USB port, a utility hook on the apron, and an under-seat storage compartment is included. Additional features are telescopic forks at the front, dual coil springs at the rear, 10-inch steel wheels with tubeless tyres, and 130mm drum brakes at both ends.
Colors
Ampere Magnus EX is available in three colors - Metallic Red, Galactic Grey, and Graphite Black.
