The Ather Rizta is Ather Energy's inaugural commuter-oriented electric scooter, specifically for family needs. It combines both style and utility and its design integrates features like foldable pillion footrests, a generously sized floorboard, and enhanced pillion grab rails, enhancing its practicality for everyday use.
Engine and Hardware
The Ather Rizta is powered by a 4.3kW motor under its hood, promising a maximum speed of 80kmph. The electric scooter offers flexibility by coming up with two battery choices: a 2.9kWh battery pack with a range extending to 123km, and a bigger 3.7kWh battery pack reaching up to 160km. With a standard warranty covering five years or 60,000 kilometers, the battery guarantees enduring performance. Ather also added the IP67 rating, highlighting its durability against environmental elements.
Feature
The Ather Rizta comes with an extensive array of features, offering versatility to the riders. Ather introduces two distinct riding modes: Smart Eco and Zip. The Ather Rizta S variant comes with a 7-inch LCD instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity support that enables seamless turn-by-turn navigation. In contrast, the Ather Rizta Z variant offers a 7-inch TFT instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity and integrated Google Maps navigation, featuring a layout distinct from the Ather 450X. Additionally, the electric scooter incorporates advanced functionalities like AutoHold, Reverse Mode, and MagicTwist.
For the first time in the lineup of Ather, this scooter comes up with features such as integrated WhatsApp and the capability to decline calls using preset messages via the instrument console. It integrates Alexa functionalities and the Skid Control feature, similar to traction control, enhancing safety.
As a family-oriented scooter, the Ather Rizta provides ample storage, offering 34 liters under the seat and an extra 22 liters at the front with the Ather Frunk accessory.

Ather Rizta is available in seven new colors - Alphonso Yellow, Deccan Grey Dio, Pangong Blue Dio, Cardamom Green, Siachen White, Pangong Blue Mono, and Deccan Grey Mono.

Ather Rizta is available in 3 variants Rizta S - 2.9 kwh, Rizta Z - 2.9 kwh, Rizta Z - 3.7 kwh. The ex-showroom price in Delhi starts from Rs 1,09,000 and goes up to Rs 1,44,000.
