The BMW G 310 R is a much-awaited bike launched in India in 2018. It is the first bike from BMW Motorrad developed in collaboration with TVS Motor Company, India. The BMW G 310 R has a top speed of 143 kmph which suits the needs of urban riders who need a sporty and classy motorcycle to ride smoothly on city roads.
BMW G 310 R Engine and Hardware
The BMW G310 R engine is powered by a 313cc, single-cylinder engine that complies with BS6 standards. Paired with a six-speed gearbox, the motor generates a maximum torque of 28Nm and 33.5bhp. The equipment includes single discs at both ends, upside-down front forks, preload-adjustable rear mono shocks, and 17-inch alloy wheels.
The BMW G310 R has anti-locking brakes and front and rear disc brakes. The gasoline tank on this G310 R motorcycle holds 11 liters of fuel. The mileage of the bike is 28 kmpl. The kerb weight of the bike is 164 kg and the seat height is 785 mm.
In terms of hardware, the BMW G 310 R has a ground clearance of 165 mm, a length of 2005 mm, and a width of 849 mm. This clearance, height, and width ensure a good balance for handling rough terrains.

Full-LED illumination, movable clutch, and brake levers, a fully digital instrument cluster, and dual-channel ABS are among the BMW G310 R features, just like its predecessor.
