Zhejiang Chunfeng Power Co, Ltd, known by its trade name CFMOTO, is a Chinese manufacturer of engines, motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, quadricycles, quads, and boats. The company's headquarters is in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China. Public security agencies use the CF650-2 and CF1250J models manufactured by the company in many provinces and cities.

CFMOTO was founded in 1989 by Lai Guoqiang. In 2013, it began getting involved in the manufacturing of high-end yachts. KTM and CFMOTO entered into a commercial partnership in 2011. In 2017, the two companies launched a joint venture that allows the production and sale of KTM motorcycles in China under the name "KTMR2R". In India, CFMoto is expected to introduce a range of motorcycles with engine capacities ranging from 250cc to 650cc.

CF Moto is planning to launch six new bikes in India between 2024–2025, including the CF Moto 250 SR, CF Moto 250 NK, and CF Moto MT800.
