Indian EV two-wheeler startup, Evolet is offering the EVOLET Polo. It is a mid-tier offering from the brand and plays a sister role to the Evolet Pony, its entry-level EV scooter in India.
The Evolet Polo offers a unique retro European scooter design sensibility. Although the Evolet Polo is slightly more expensive than the Pony, there are some differences.
Engine and Hardware
The Evolet Polo is equipped with a BLDC motor capable of driving at 250 watts, coupled to either the 48V/24Ah VRLA lead acid battery in the Evolvet EZ Polo or the 48V/24Ah lithium-ion battery in the EVOLET Classic Polo.
Like its siblings, the Evolet Polo also has a top speed of 25mph and an acceleration range of 60-65 miles per hour. The battery variant of the VRLA takes an estimated charging time of 8 to 9 hours, and the lithium-ion battery takes an estimated charging time of 3 to 4 hours.
Features
Retro styling and halogen lights are other highlights of the Evolet Polo. The Evolet Polo gets a luggage rack at the rear and a lens at the front. The scooter gets an electronic display with lots of visible data along with a USB charger.

Evolet Polo price in India starts from Rs. 49,699. The Evolet Derby is available in two variants. The Evolet Polo EZ variant ex-showroom price is Rs. 49,699 for the Polo Classic variant is Rs. 63,799.
