Overview

The Hero Electric Eddy is the manufacturer's cheapest electric scooter, based in Ludhiana. It is a quirky-looking, low-speed electric scooter. The Hero Eddy doesn't require a road license or registration because it is a slow-moving electric scooter.

Engine and Hardware

A 250W BLDC motor coupled to a 1.53kWh battery by Hero Electric powers the Eddy electric scooter. The Eddy has a 25km top speed restriction and an estimated range of 85km. Hero Electric says the battery can be charged in 4-5 hours. It has a motor that produces 250 W of electricity. Drum brakes are used on both the front and back of the Hero Electric Eddy. Telescoping front forks and drum brakes on both ends make up the electric scooter hardware. It is equipped with 90/90 tires and 12-inch alloy wheels.

Features

The Eddy has a fully digital instrument console, find my bike, Bluetooth connectivity with e-lock, guide me home lights, reverse mode, USB port, and cruise control. The Hero Electric Eddy has a unique and futuristic design. It receives a single-piece seat, a backrest, LED headlights on the apron, and a rear grab rail.

Colors

Yellow and blue are the two coloring options for the hero's electric Eddy.

Price

Hero Electric Eddy's ex-showroom price in Delhi starts at Rs. 72,000. The only Eddy variation is the Eddy STD.
