Engine and Hardware
The Kawasaki KLX450R is powered by the same 449cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that powers the 2022 KLX450R and is mated to a five-speed gearbox. The engine has a slim aluminum perimeter frame, long-distance upside-down forks at the front and a mono-shock at the rear, and petal-shaped disc brakes at both ends. Additionally, there is a small digital console and a rental aluminum handlebar. The 8-litre fuel tank capacity of this KLX450R motorcycle supports a curb weight of 126 kg.
