Engine and Hardware
The motorcycle has a fuel-injected 177cc single-cylinder engine that offers displacement advantage, unlike the international-spec carbureted mill and it produces the same 13PS at 7500rpm and 13.3Nm at 6000rpm. An engine balancer and five-speed transmission give vibrations and enhance the enjoyment and comfort of the ride.
Features
The Kawasaki W175 has a highly rigid semi-double cradle frame and runs on a telescopic fork and dual shock absorber suspension setup. It also features a 270mm petal disc brake up front with a twin-piston caliper, whereas the rear gets a 110mm drum brake. The model also gets a single-channel antilock-braking system.
The bike gets a 60W headlamp which is as bright as that of larger-class models. It has an asymmetric semi-digital- Retro style speedometer complemented by an odometer, trip meter, and indicator lamps.
