Matter, an electric two-wheeler startup from Ahmedabad has launched the Matter AERA, a new generation bike with loaded features. The Matter AERA is a sports bike with a street-fighter style and the bike is oriented toward younger buyers. The bike is launched with two variants.
Engine and Hardware
The Matter AERA has a 10kW liquid-cooled motor, linked to a 5kWh fixed battery.
It has a range of 125km to 150km depending on the variant of the bike. The motor also has a four-speed gearbox. The battery gets charged in less than five hours. The bike is equipped with telescopic suspension and has both front and rear disc brakes.
Features
The bike is loaded with new-generation features like an LED headlight, a digital instrument console with smartphone connectivity for navigation, calls, and message alerts, as well as riding statistics. The features include keyless operation, OTA updates, and a small space at the front for storing something as well. The AERA features three riding modes – eco, city, and sport. It has an anti-locking braking system.
Colors
The available colors in Matter AERA are Cosmic Black, Cosmic Blue, Glacier White, Blaze Red, and Nord Grey.

The Matter AERA has an ex-showroom price of ₹ 1,73,999.
