Royal Enfield has launched the updated Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650 in India with several new upgrades. The Interceptor 650 and the Continental GT 650 are the first big modern bikes from Royal Enfield in India. The Interceptor 650, in particular, is a modern retro-styled roadster capable of touring and commuting.
Engine and Hardware
Royal Enfield Interceptor 650's beautiful exterior lies a powerful 648cc parallel-twin engine that delivers breathtaking performance. The factory-sourced air-cooled engine produces a good 52 Nm of torque and provides strong low-end grunt and smooth acceleration. This bike engine also generates a maximum power of 47 Bhp and 52 nm torque. The engine is mated to a smooth-shifting six-speed gearbox, which provides a quick-to-react and engaging riding experience.

Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 has a 648cc engine mated to a six-speed gearbox with an assist-and-slipper clutch. Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 comes with Anti-locking Braking System. The Kerb weight of the bike is 213 kg, and it has a 13.7 liters fuel tank.
