The 2023 Speed Twin's debut has been announced by Triumph Motorcycles India. The 2023 model offers minor stylistic improvements in the form of an updated color scheme.
ENGINE & HARDWARE
The 2023 model's technical characteristics are also untouched, and it still uses a 1,200cc parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine that complies with BS6 standards. The motor generates 112Nm of maximum torque at 4,250 rpm and 98.6bhp at 7,250 rpm when coupled to a six-speed gearbox. The hardware consists of 17-inch alloy wheels, double rear springs, upside-down front forks, and disc brakes on both wheels. Triumph Speed Twin has anti-locking brakes with both front and rear disc brakes. The gasoline tank on this Speed Twin motorcycle holds 14.5 litres of fuel and weighs 216 kg.
FEATURES
The 2023 Speed Twin's styling is largely the same as the previous model. It has the same round headlights, teardrop-shaped gasoline tank, chrome filler cap, flat seat, twin-sided exhaust, and bar-end-mounted mirrors Full LED illumination, a semi-digital instrument cluster, a USB power outlet, and an engine immobilizer are among the features.
COLORS
Jet Black, Matte Baja Orange, Red Hopper, and Matte Storm Grey are the four hues of Speed Twin.
PRICE
The Triumph Speed Twin costs Rs. 11.09 lakh (ex-showroom) in Delhi.
RIVALS
In the Indian market, the Speed Twin is not directly threatened, although it faces some competition from products with comparable prices. These include models like the Kawasaki Ninja 1000, Triumph Bonneville T120, Harley-Davidson Iron 883, and Ducati Scrambler Nightshift.
