Yamaha Motors India unveiled the FZS-Fi model with refreshed styling and a new range-topping variant, the FZ-S DLX. The FZ-S has been one of the best-selling products by Yamaha in the Indian market for a long time. And with the revised styling, the company aimed to further strengthen its sales.
Engine and Hardware
The FZ-Fi has a BS6-compliant air-cooled 149cc, single-cylinder fuel-injected "Blue Core" engine. It produces an output of 12.2 bhp and 13.3 Nm of peak torque. The bike can accelerate from 0 to 60 in 5.6 seconds and reach a top speed of 115 km. The FZS-Fi has 17-inch alloys at both ends and a wheelbase of 11330 mm with 165 mm of ground clearance.
Features
The bike gets a new LED headlight with a compartmentalized blueprint at the front. The set-up uses a reflector with perfect light forecast and unconnected bulbs for high and low beams. The FZS-fi has a two-tier seat with extra cushioning to better support the riders. The pillion seat has a 16% larger seating side than its predecessor, is 26mm wider in the hip area, and is 5mm thicker for added comfort. The Dlx variant gets a split-seat design.
Colors
Yamaha FZ-Fi is available in two color options Matte Red and Dark Matte Blue. The attention is that the dual-tone seat is available only in Metallic Black, Metallic Deep, Red colors, and Majesty Red.
Price
Yamaha FZ FI has only one variant, and its prices start from Rs.1,16,200.
