Hero's latest launch, Xtreme 125R, is a combination of practicality and youthful styling. This commuter bike is available in 2 variants and 3 colors. In terms of design, it is pretty distinct and appears sporty. The fascia has a low-slung full LED headlamp with a similar design to the Xtreme 200S unit. The fuel tank and rear look muscular, and it has a split seat. Hero is offering the Xtreme 125R in three color options - Firestorm Black, Cobalt Blue, and Stallian Black.
TVS Motor Company created huge waves in the 125cc, premium commuter motorcycle segment with the launch of the Raider 125. TVS Motor Company offers the Raider with drum brakes, single-disc, and connected technology. TVS Raider 125 is all of the variants that use a 124.8cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, three-valve engine that produces 11.2bhp of power at 7,500rpm and 11.2Nm of peak torque at 6,000 rpm. It is claimed that the Raider can accelerate from 0-60 kmph in 5.9 seconds and reach a top speed of 99 kmph.
Royal Enfield Hunter has been launched in India, and its street bike is available in 3 variants and ten colors. Similar hardware to the Meteor 350 and Classic 350 includes a telescopic front fork and twin rear shocks to handle the suspension duties. Meanwhile, the braking setup on the base model consists of a disc at the front and a drum unit at the rear, along with single-channel ABS. On the other hand, the Metro range uses disc brakes at both ends and a dual-channel ABS.
The 2024 Yamaha MT 15 Edition 2.0 is the naked bike version of the iconic R15 super sport motorcycle. It has the same engine and frame. However, the overall gearing of the bike is lower than the R15 for better acceleration at the expense of top speed. Yamaha has added several features to the bike, including an LCD instrument cluster with LED lights and Bluetooth connectivity. The Bluetooth module works with a dedicated smartphone application that provides access to features such as incoming call alerts, SMS and email notifications, and the phone battery level on the LCD console.
