The image that the entire world has anticipated is now available. The Honda Transalp 800, introduced soon, has been seen in the wild.
The leaked image appears to have been shot during a shoot. As a result, we think there’s a very high probability Honda will introduce the Transalp at the Italian EICMA Show in 2022. The sighted bike was sporting the HRC colors red, white, and blue, which might be the most expensive model.
It borrows certain stylistic ideas from the Africa Twin overall, but the Transalp looks more like an off-road-oriented variation than a road-biased one. The front wheel of the bike, however, is a 21-inch spoke wheel. So, riding off-road on this motorcycle should be okay. A brand-new 800cc parallel-twin engine created by Honda will power the Transalp. The Hornet roadster will most likely be unveiled this year and will use the same engine. The Japanese company intends to compete with the Yamaha Tenere 700 using this powertrain.
We will be quite excited when we finally see this bike in person, which might be later this year or early next year. We can see a DCT variant that will cost roughly Rs 12 lakh in India, ex-showroom.
