Royal Enfield will likely sell the faired motorcycle along with the standard Royal Enfield Continental GT 650.
We showed you the pictures of Royal Enfield Continental GT650 spy testing with bikini fairing. This time, a fresh picture shows the same motorcycle with a massive side fairing extension.
- Design inspired by Royal Enfield 650cc race motorcycle.
- The bike features a modular fairing system.
- The faired bike is likely to be sold with the Continental GT 650.
Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 With New Fairing
The bike’s appearance in the previous spy image, which only showed the bikini fairing, was similar to the single-make Royal Enfield Continental GT 650-R race bike. This time, the motorcycle can be seen with a lower white panel from which the indicators can pop out. We will have to wait and see whether this is the final design or whether customers can choose between a quarter or half-fair facet.
Since the rest of the mechanical components of the motorcycle are likely to be quite comparable, it is expected to be powered by the same 648cc, air-cooled parallel-twin engine with 47 horsepower and 52 Nm of torque.
A Continental GT 650 with alloy wheels was spied testing, and Royal Enfield is working hard to develop a wide range of new bikes in India. The company may look to replace its 650cc lineup, which hasn’t changed since the BS6 requirements came into force in 2020. The new Bullet 350 is based on the J platform.
