BMW M 1000 RR

One of the best motorcycle company in India, BMW Motor, launched a new updated version of one of the most expensive bikes in India on 28th June, known as a BMW M 1000 RR.

BMW M 1000 RR India: Price and Colors

BMW M 1000 RR comes in two variants; its first version is priced at Rs 49 Lakh (Ex-Showroom), and the second competitive variant costs Rs 55 Lakh ( Ex-Showroom). The base variant offers two color options: Light White and M Motorsport, while the top competitive variant comes with Blackstorm Metallic And M Motorsport color options.

BMW M 1000 RR India: Hardware and Engine

The BMW M 1000 RR is the most powerful road-legal Beemer, and it will be imported as a CBU and offered as a flagship product in the country. BMW M 1000 RR, the model of 2023, is implemented by Aerodynamic enhancement, and this bike shows a light weighted carbon fiber fairing that incorporates the newly designed winglets. These winglets help in generating increased downforce and improved aerodynamics compared to previous versions.

The BMW M1000 RR is one of an aggressive sports bike which is powered by a liquid-cooled four-cylinder 999CC engine that produces a maximum of 209 BHP at 14,500rpmand a maximum torque of 113 Nm at 11,000rpm. The bike’s top speed is 314 mph, and the curb weight is 192 kg with 16.5 liters of fuel tank capacity. The engine is mated with six-speed manual transmission with a chain drive transmission type.

BMW M 1000 RR India: Features

BMW M 1000 RR features list includes a 6.5-inch TFT instrument panel, a lightweight M battery, and a rear USB charging socket. It offers various motorcycle riding modes like Rain, Road, Dynamic, Race, and Race Pro 1 to 3. These modes help riders customize and adapt the bike’s control function to their skill level and riding style. This motorcycle also features LED light units, Electronic cruise control, and heated grips for added comfort. Its front mudguards feature integrated brake ducts that direct air flows around the fork legs and brake calipers to enhance airflows and optimize cooling.

BMW M1000RR has USD forks with rebound, compression, preload adjustability, and a fully adjustable rear mono-shock suspension. And The M1000 RR rides on front and rear 17-inch carbon wheels, and the braking system consist of dual 320mm front discs and a single 220mm rear unit with dual channel ABS.

BMW M 1000 RR India: Rivals

The BMW M 1000RR primarily competes with the recently launched Ducati Panigale V4R, priced at Rs 69.9 lakh (ex-showroom). Other rivals of the M 1000RR are the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R, Ducati Panigale V4, Suzuki Hayabusa, BMW S 1000 RR, and the Kawasaki Z H2.
