Hero MotoCorp and Harley-Davidson teamed up a few years ago to promote and sell Harley-Davidson bikes in India. On the other hand, Hero bikes have some advanced technology, thanks to Harley. Moreover, as we reported earlier, Hero MotoCorp and Harley Davidson will soon launch a new range of reasonably priced quarter-liter and middle-weight motorcycles in India.
The company showcased two cruiser bikes with no branding or badging. The first motorcycle looks similar to the Harley-Davidson 338R, which is expected to launch in select markets. The manufacturer requested inputs on the features and styling of the cruiser.
The second unbranded motorcycle had a single-cylinder engine with many features and an aggressive design. But, again, dealers and Hero MotoCorp talked about different prices and markets.
