Hero Mavrick 440

Hero MotoCorp recently introduced its flagship motorcycle, Mavrick 440, in the Indian market. The motorcycle manufacturer has also introduced the new Xtreme 125R and the Hero Mavrick 440. Based on the Harley-Davidson X440, the Mavrick 440 has similar features with some minor changes, being built on the same platform.

The Mavrick 440 bookings will start after its launch in February 2024. Meanwhile, deliveries of the bike will begin in April 2024.

Hero Mavrick 440: Colors and Variants

The Hero Mavrick 440 will have 3 variants and 5 color options. The base variant will come in a single Arctic White color and features spoke wheels.

The mid-range variant will come with alloy wheels and be available in two color options: Celestial Blue and Fearless Red.

The top variant will be available in Phantom Black and Enigma Black color options—additionally, the top variant of the Mavrick 440 features machined alloy wheels.

Hero Mavrick 440: Engine and Specs

The 440cc long-stroke oil-cooled engine powering the Mavrick 440 can produce up to 36 Nm of peak torque and 27 bhp power. Hero MotoCorp promises a powerful riding experience, stating that 90% of the torque output is available at just 2,000 rpm.

Hero Mavrick 440: Hardware and Features

The Mavrick 440 has a strong-looking fuel tank with extended shrouds and muscular styling. On the other hand, a round headlight with an LED projector configuration and H-shaped DRL dominates the fascia. Still, it has a short tail section and single-piece scoop-out seat, and the flat tubular handlebar gives the motorcycle a sporty look.

The Mavrick 440 features a fully digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, phone and message alerts, and full LED lighting. Additionally, the bike has a slipper clutch and a USB-C charging port.

Hero Mavrick 440: Price and Rivals

The Mavrick 440 is expected to launch in February 2024 at an estimated price of Rs 2,00,000. Once launched, the Mavrick 440 will directly compete with the Triumph Speed 400, Bajaj Dominar 400, Kawasaki Ninja 400, and Harley Davidson X440.
