2023 Honda SP 125 launched in India

The updated SP 125 has been released by Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI). India’s new 2023 Honda SP 125 price starts at Rs 85,131, ex-showroom. To comply with the new emission norms, the 125cc premium commuter motorcycle is now available in two variants and features an OBD-2 compatible engine.

  • Drum brake with alloys Rs 85,131
  • Disc brake with alloys Rs 89,131

There are two variants of the new Honda SP 125 available. All prices are ex-showroom Delhi, with the front drum brake with alloy wheels priced at Rs 85,131 and the front disc brake with alloy wheels priced at Rs 89,131. Hero Glamour, Hero Super Splendor, Honda Shine, TVS Raider and other 125cc commuter motorcycles are up against the Honda SP 125.

2023 Honda SP 125: New Updates

Honda has revised the SP 125 for 2023 to comply with the OBD-2 emission norms that will come into force in April this year. A 123.94cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, fuel-injected engine powers Honda SP 125. With a 5-speed transmission, this engine produces 10.7 horsepower and 10.9 Nm of torque. The SP 125 also has a new Matte Marvel Blue Metallic paint job and a bigger 100 mm rear tyre from Honda.
