The new Jawa 42 Tawang Edition has been introduced, and just 100 will be produced. This limited-edition motorcycle is available only in Arunachal Pradesh and surrounding areas.
Jawa Bikes unveiled the all-new Tawang Edition 42 Special Edition model at the Torgya Festival. The Monpa community in Arunachal Pradesh celebrates this festival to usher in a prosperous new year. Only 100 pieces of the Jawa 42 Tawang variant will be produced, and they will only be sold to people in Arunachal Pradesh and surrounding areas.
Jawa 42 Tawang: New Features
The sports stripe Allstar Black Edition is the foundation for the new Jawa 42 Tawang Edition. It draws inspiration from Lungta, a mythical wind horse representing regional wealth. The motorcycle features various inscriptions on the fuel tank, front fender, and all over the body panels influenced by the northeastern region. Each is also given a uniquely numbered bronze medallion to identify the new bikes as special edition models.
Tawang Edition 42 Special Edition: Engine and Specs
Mechanical components of the Jawa 42 Tawang variant remain the same as the regular model. The 294.72cc, single-cylinder, fuel-injected, liquid-cooled engine produces 26.84 Nm of max torque and 27 bhp power. The engine is paired with a 6-speed manual transmission.
