WardWizard Mobility unveiled the all-new Joy e-bike Mihos high-speed electric scooter at the Auto Expo 2023. The Mihos electric scooter will be on display at the Joy e-bike stand and is available for Bookings for Rs. 1.49 lakh (ex-showroom). The Expo also showcased an electric bike that Joye-Bike can launch at the end of the next financial year (FY2024).
Joy e-Bike Mihos e-Scooter: Features
The Joy e-Bike Mihos e-Scooter features round panels, round light clusters with black accents around the turn signals on the front apron, and round light clusters with black accents around the rear taillamps. According to Wardwizard, the Poly Dicyclopentadiene or PDCPD material used for the body panels of the scooter offers excellent durability and flexibility.
Joy e-Bike Mihos e-Scooter: Battery and Specs
The 2.5 kWh battery pack inside the scooter has been reliability tested to withstand shock loads. The scooter has a top speed of 70 kmph and can accelerate from 0 to 40 kmph in under 7 seconds, with the 1500-watt electric bike motor powering the unit producing 95 Nm torque. The scooter ranges up to 100 kilometers per charge, and the battery charges in 4 hours (0 to 100 percent).
In addition to the monoshock at the rear, the electric scooter features a combi-braking system and telescopic front suspension. The seat height of the Mihos is 750 mm, and the ground clearance is 175 mm.
The Joy e-Connect app uses Bluetooth to operate many of the connectivity capabilities on the Mihos. Additionally, the Mihos has GPS, a reverse mode, a remote-locking anti-theft system, and regenerative braking.
In the context of Rockefeller, specifications for the future commuter motorcycle were made public. It featured a retro-styled round headlamp and no cowling around the unit, but the design was still in line with a commuter-segment car. The bike sat on alloy wheels and covered the traditional engine area.
