Kawasaki has launched the updated Ninja 650 in India at Rs 7.16 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). The latest version of the mid-displacement sports bike gets minor changes this year to meet the latest emission norms and OBD2 compliance. It has been made slightly costlier than the current model, priced at Rs 7.12 lakh. This cutting-edge bike is all set to take your riding experience to a new level brimming with power and style. Kawasaki Ninja 650 Design

Talking about the design of the 2024 Kawasaki Ninja 650, the overall profile is relatively youthful and sharp. The two-piece headlight significantly contributes to the weight of the Ninja 650. With its pointed nose and heavy bodywork on the side panels, the Japanese sports tourer looks attractive when it comes to body styling; it should also be suitable for the long haul.

The Ninja 650 features a neutral two-piece handlebar setup and a pleasant riding posture with slightly set-back footpegs. The latest variant of the Kawasaki Ninja 650 is available in Lime Green color. This makes the right side profile quite streamlined and gets an underbelly exhaust.

The Kawasaki Ninja 650 features LED headlights and taillights, a color TFT instrument display, a motorcycle traction control system, and smartphone connectivity. 

Smartphone connectivity through Kawasaki’s Rideology application gives you access to calls, SMS alerts, and more. Kawasaki Ninja 650 offers rider aids like traction control and ABS. It also gets all readouts like a speedometer, odometer, trip meter, fuel level readout, tachometer, gear position indicator, and clock. 

Kawasaki Ninja 650 Engine

The latest version of the Ninja 650 gets minor changes to its motor as it meets the latest emission norms, and the newest update is now E20 fuel compliant. The Kawasaki Ninja 650 is powered by a 649cc, parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine that generates maximum power of 67.3bhp at 8,000rpm and 64Nm at 6,700rpm. The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox.

Kawasaki Ninja 650 Hardware

Even the hardware of the Ninja 650 remains unchanged, with telescopic front forks and a mono-shock. Braking hardware includes dual front discs and a single rear disc on the Kawasaki Ninja 650. The wheels come in 17-inch alloy wheels wrapped in 120/70-section front and 160/60-section rear tubeless tyres.
