The 1300 R Masterpiece Edition is the latest innovation on two wheels from Brabus. German tuner known for customizing Mercedes-Benz cars. The KTM Motorcycle, which is based on the KTM 1290 Super Duke R Evo, comes in two colors Onyx Black and Diamond White. It will be produced only in a total of 50 units worldwide 25 of each shade. This is the third motorcycle based on the KTM 1290 Super Duke R Evo that the tuning firm has released.
KTM Brabus 1300R: Design and Look
The look of the motorcycle is completely different from the styling of the 1290 Super Duke. It has a more sleek look with a muscular-looking tank and carbon fiber side fairings with wide wings. Other exclusive features include other body pieces made of carbon fiber, round LED headlamps. Other features are a heated leather seat, gold-colored rims, a BRABUS sport exhaust system, and heated leather seats. The motorcycle is available in two colors, Onyx Black and Diamond White.
KTM Brabus 1300R: Hardware
The motorcycle is built with a trellis-style frame and has WP semi-active suspension at both ends. The motorcycle’s suspension settings can be switched between auto and manual modes. It allowing the user to individually modify the suspension to their liking. Six damping settings are available for the suspension: Rain, Street, Sport, Performance, Track, and Advanced. The Brembo Stylema 4-piston disc at the front and 2-piston disc at the rear are responsible for stopping the vehicle. The motorcycle has a 16-liter petrol tank and a seat height of 845 mm.
KTM Brabus 1300R: Engine and Specs
The motorcycle’s 1301 cc V-twin engine, which produces 140 Nm of peak torque and 178 bhp of peak power, is the same found in the 1290 Super Duke R Evo. The top speed of the motorcycle is 270 Kmph, and it can accelerate from 0 to 100 Kmph in under 3.2 seconds. There are five riding modes available on the motorcycle: Street, Sport, Rain, Performance, and Track.
