Royal Enfield, the Classic 500 is now more affordable to buy, but not in the way you might expect.
Royal Enfield has always taken a big bet on the “community.” Their annual carnival, Rider Mania, embodies the same spirit and attracts many motorsports enthusiasts to Goa and from across the country. They have spoken to a few riders who have traveled from Mumbai, Delhi, and even Guwahati to Goa with their beloved Enfields. They know their inexhaustible enthusiasm draws them here every year.
In a press conference, Puneet Sood, Global Head Apparel Business at Royal Enfield, said that practically everything in the company starts with fun, and the idea for the 1:3 scale model started that way, without the team. We did it without hesitation. Are there any plans to sell the model? But now it is not so—67,770 receivable at Rs. 67,770, the price at which one can buy a genuine entry-level motorcycle. According to Sood, scale models are not for everyone but for those who want to keep them close to them and who have traveled. The newly launched royal enfield classic 500 on road price starts from Rs.67,990.
Two thousand customers can reserve one of 18 shades of Royal Enfield Classic Collectibles, which showcase almost perfect attention to detail and multiple moving parts. The hand-built replicas featured wire-spoke wheels, a Peashooter exhaust, and a rider-only seat with springs. Their weight is 8.5 kg. According to Sood, each component was individually built using motorcycle parts. Each scale model is 780 mm long, 380 mm wide, and 261 mm tall.
More models from the Royal Enfield family are expected to follow the example set by the limited-edition replica of the classic Royal Enfield Classic 500 in terms of exports. As a result, you can soon buy a miniature Interceptor and Continental GT.
