India’s largest two-wheeler manufacturer, Hero MotoCorp, plans to introduce several new motorcycles and scooters in the Indian market this year. In this article, we have listed the upcoming Hero bikes and scooters in 2023.
According to Hero Motorcycles CEO Niranjan Gupta, this financial year could see a rise in the company’s entry, deluxe and 125 cc models, and premium segment scooters. We will see the highest number of launches ever in Hero’s history, all key indicators are growing, and we expect the economy to do better than other countries.
Maestro Xoom 110
Hero MotoCorp is all set to launch a new scooter Maestro Xoom 110, in India. As the name suggests, the new Maestro Xoom 110 lightweight sporty scooter will be based on the existing Maestro Edge 110 but will get several changes to set it apart. The Xoom 110 engine will be the same as the Maestro Edge 110, perhaps with minor internal changes for a different character. At last, this air-cooled 110cc engine produces 8.04 bhp and 8.7 Nm. The expected price of the Hero Maestro Xoom 110 is likely to start from Rs 80,000 (ex-showroom).
Hero XPulse 400
Hero MotoCorp is currently offering XPulse 200; they are planning to launch Hero XPulse 400. The motorcycle has been spied testing several times. A single-cylinder liquid powers the XPulse 200 cooled engine though the displacement is rumored to be 350 to 400cc, which generates 35bhp-40bhp power and a low mid-range torque. XPulse 200 will go against the upcoming Royal Enfield Himalayan 450, KTM 390 Adventure, and the BMW G310GS.
Hero Xtreme 400S
Hero is also working on a new 400cc bike, whose engine and underpinnings could be shared with the XPulse 400 coming to India. The upcoming XPulse 400 is likely to get a 421cc single-cylinder engine. The XPulse 400 is expected to start at Rs. 2.50 Lakh (Ex-showroom, Delhi).
Hero XF3R
The XF3R was first showcased at the 2016 Delhi Auto Expo. The motorcycle remained a concept with several features such as upside-down front forks, single-sided swingarm, and trellis frame. The company claimed that its liquid-cooled 200cc motor was also a promising displacement. Hero XF3R is expected to be launched in India in March 2024. The estimated price of the XF3R is between Rs. 1,60,000 to 1,80,000.
Hero Karizma XMR
Hero MotoCorp is once again trying to please the fans working to revive the famous Karizma name with the new XMR. The upcoming Hero Karizma XMR 210 has already been showcased across dealers and will be launched officially soon. The Karizma gets a 210cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine, which produces 25bhp power and 30Nm of peak torque, dual-channel ABS, a digital instrument cluster, etc.
