Yamaha has updated its lineup in Indonesia for 2023 by releasing the R15 V4, a small sports bike. The motorcycle is now available in a new paint job, which the company will sell alongside the existing color options.

Yamaha R15 V4 is one of India’s most affordable sports bikes. Yamaha bikes regularly change its product line. The R15 V4 has been revised according to the concept by the company with a new color scheme for 2023. The brand unveiled the aggressive gray color of the 2023 Yamaha R15 V4 in Indonesia.

2023 Yamaha R15 V4: New Aggressive Grey Color

The new color scheme of the motorcycle adds to its sporting appeal. All the body panels have been painted in an aggressive grey, and the neon-colored alloy wheels complete the look. The front visor now has two neon stripes, and instead of being painted gold like the earlier colors, the front forks are now painted brown. The fuel tank also gets neon-colored stripes. This color is offered only in the Indonesian market, but we expect the company to introduce it in India.

Yamaha R15 V4 is now available in India in Metallic Red, Dark Night, Racing Blue, Special Monster Energy MotoGP Edition, WGP 60th Edition and Metallic Grey.

2023 Yamaha R15 V4: Engine Specifications

Yamaha R15 features a 155cc, 4-stroke, SOHC, 4-valve liquid-cooled engine. The engine produces maximum torque of 14.2 Nm and 18.4 horsepower at its peak power. The bike also has a 6-speed constant mesh transmission.

Depending on the model, India’s Yamaha R15 V4 price ranges from Rs 1,79,900 to Rs 1,91,801 (ex-showroom). The KTM RC 125 is its primary rival in displacement and body design. Yamaha has yet to release the new Aggressive Grey color in the Indian market.
