Engine and Hardware
The Royal Enfield Hunter 350 is powered by a single-cylinder, 349 cc, BS6 Stage 2-compliant, air-cooled single-cylinder counterbalanced engine, mated to a 5-speed gearbox found on both the Classic 350 and the Meteor 350. The engine produces 20.2 bhp and 27Nm. The Hunter is built on a twin downtube Spine frame, which hangs on 41mm front forks and six-step preload-adjustable dual rear shocks. Braking is handled by a 300mm front disc and 270mm disc/153mm drum at the rear. The bike comes with either dual-channel ABS or single-channel ABS.
Features
Royal Enfield has equipped the Hunter 350 with a retro-styled semi-digital instrument console. While the base factory variant gets a small digital inset with an odometer, fuel gauge, two trip meters, and maintenance indicator, the mid-spec and high-end variants get a larger, more informative digital inset that shows gear position. And even a watch. It even has retro-looking rotary switch cubes on either side, with the left switch cube housing a USB port.
