Electric mobility start-up Risala Electric Motors Pvt Ltd (REM) has launched the Evolet bike in India. Evolet Bikes has a range of e-mobility offerings including entry-level electric scooters – the Pony and the Derby.

Evolet Bikes aims to provide clean, quiet, friendly, and affordable electric two-wheelers. Over 1-2 years, the military veteran tested more than 2000 vehicles across various models of two-wheelers and four-wheelers in extreme weather conditions, From hot deserts to heights and cold, and thus began his business venture in the e-mobility sector. All the current products of Evolet Bikes are low-speed models that cater only to the B2C segment.

In the first phase of operations, the company will expand its presence in Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Maharashtra, Delhi, and Rajasthan to provide more convenience to the people. Within the next two months, Evolet plans to build a pan-India presence. The electric range is produced at its manufacturing facility in Bilaspur, Haryana, and is spread over 100,000 square feet. Evolet Bike claims that its production plant has world-class infrastructure to manufacture all types of electric vehicles.

Evolet Pony

The Evolet Pony is the smallest entry-level offering in the electric two-wheeler market in India. Evolet pony seats are designed to provide rider comfort on long trips. In this, special care has been taken for the person sitting on the rear seat in which you will get a seat with a height of 800 mm in which the driver can sit comfortably. It includes a digital instrument cluster, LED headlight, riding mode switch, USB charging port, and ergonomic seats.

Evolet Derby

The Evolet Derby is an electric scooter that offers an attractive design – a stylish digital speedometer designed to give details of various vehicle functions. An electronically assisted braking system assures you of the safest ride on the road. The heavy headlamps and alloy wheels work well with the overall design. This electric scooter generates 250W power. On a full charge, this e-scooter gives a range of 60 km and a top speed of 25 km per hour. A quick response system that slows down in a very short time.
