Ola Electric is India's largest electric two-wheeler manufacturer and one of the fastest-growing electric scooter manufacturers. Ola Electric's manufacturing plant is located in Hosur, Tamil Nadu. Ola Electric Mobility was founded in 2017 as a wholly owned subsidiary of ANI Technologies, the parent company of Ola Cabs. The company's first product, S1, was launched in 2020.

Ola Electric is an electric two-wheeler manufacturer headquartered in Bengaluru. Bhavish Aggarwal founded the company. It has a manufacturing facility in Tamil Nadu. The Ola company launched its first electric scooter, Ola S1, in two variants on August 15, 2021. The top-spec S1 Pro variant is priced at Rs 1,29,999.

In contrast, the price of Ola S1 has been kept at Rs 99,999. Due to different subsidies on electric vehicles, the prices of this Ola S1 electric scooter vary from state to state. While both the Ola S1 and S1 Pro are almost identical, its higher-spec variant, the Ola S1 Pro, has the same basic design and 8.5kW electric motor but differs in performance, range, style design, some features, price, and multiple colors.

Ola's future factory is being built at around Rs 2,400 crore. The facility will be able to generate employment for over 2,000 people initially, which will reach 10,000 when fully operational. Approximately 10 million person-hours are planned for the construction of the facility. This Ola electric scooter is fully operational; the plant will meet Industry 4.0 standards and have an installed capacity of 10 million electric scooters annually.

The capacity in Phase 1 will be two million units per year. The plant will have ten specialized assembly lines and will be able to produce one scooter every two seconds and 25,000 batteries per day.

OLA S1 Pro Gen 2

Ola S1 Pro is the latest electric scooter from Ola Electric, offering a range of up to 195 km on a single charge and a top speed of 120 km/h. It is powered by a 4kWh battery pack and 7.5 kW electric motor and comes with features like a 7-inch touchscreen display, cruise control, and reverse mode. Ola S1 Pro is available in five colors and one standard variant in India.

OLA S1 X

Ola S1X is a mid-range electric scooter from Ola Electric. Its range on a single charge is 181 km, and its top speed is 115 km/h. It comes in seven colors and four variations. The S1 X motor produces 2700 W of power from its 2kWh battery. The scooter features a combined braking system that uses drum brakes on both the front and rear wheels.

OLA S1 Air

Ola S1 Air is a budget-friendly electric scooter from Ola Electric that features a 5-inch touchscreen display, Bluetooth, and a mobile app for connectivity. Ola S1 Air is available in five colors and one standard variant in India. Ola fitted a hub-mounted motor with 4.5kW peak output on the S1 Air. The battery range of the 3-kWh model is 125 km. The scooter features OTA updates, audio playing, remote boot lock/unlock, navigation, riding mode, smartphone connectivity, reverse mode, side stand alert, and a TFT screen.
