With the introduction of the V302C, Keeway India has increased the number of two-wheelers available in the country. All new 2022 Keeway V302C price in India starts from ₹ 3.89 Lakh, ex-showroom. Bookings for the same are available at a nominal fee of Rs 10,000, and deliveries are expected to start soon. Grey, Black, and Red are the three bright color options available.
Keeway made his India debut in May this year. It is a subsidiary of Benelli Group and a Hungarian brand. Apart from the recently released V302C, the range includes the Vieste 300 maxi-scooter, Sixties 300i retro scooter, and the K-Lite 250V cruiser. With its V-twin engine, the new V302c replaces the V302 as Keyway’s flagship model in India.
2022 Keeway V302C: Engine and Specs
A 298cc, twin-cylinder, liquid-cooled, four-stroke engine that produces 26.5 Nm of peak torque at 6,500 RPM and 29 horsepower at 8,500 RPM powers the new Keeway V302C. The engine has a belt drive system and is mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox. The minimum ground clearance of this motorcycle is 158 mm, and its seat height is only 690 mm.
In terms of hardware, the V302C gets dual rear spring-loaded shock absorbers and upside-down front forks. On the motorcycle, dual-channel ABS is standard equipment, and disc brakes are used for stopping. It is supported by front tires measuring 120/80-16 and rear tires measuring 150/80-15. This 300cc bike in India will go up against Royal Enfield’s models, including the Interceptor and the Continental GT. However, the buyer will pay great attention to the difference in engine size.
