Tork Motors has launched a new variant of its Kratos R electric motorcycle. According to the company, this new trim is for urban riders. The features in this will be limited to urban use only. The new one is for urban riders who want an everyday ride without compromising range. Tork Motors has launched a new trim level called Kratos R. This new trim is the regular Kratos R but with a battery-performance set-up more suitable for daily urban commuting.

How So?

Tork Motors has managed to do this by offering only a “City” ride mode in the Kratos R Urban trim. This enables the bike to travel at a top speed of just 70 km/h, giving it a range of up to 100 km on a single charge.

What Is The Full Spectrum Of Performance Of The Kratos R?

If a customer wants the full spectrum of performance of the Kratos R, it includes multi-ride modes (Eco, City, and Sports). Additional features include Reverse Mode, Fast Charging, In-App Navigation, Live Dash over Bluetooth, Vehicle Locator, Anti-Theft System, Geo-Fencing, Charging Point Location, OTA Updates, Ride Analytics, Smart Analytics, and Guide Me Home Lights. An additional Rs 20,000 will have to be paid, and they will have to decide within six months of the purchase.

Tork Kratos R Battery Specs

Standard battery/motor pairing will be available in the Kratos R Urban trim. It is powered by a 4.0kWh lithium battery pack with an axial motor that produces 12.06bhp and 38Nm of Tork. However, the Urban trim will be available only with ‘City’ mode, the power/Tork output will be limited, and there will be no peak output.

What Is The Tork Kratos R Urban Trim Available With?

The Tork Kratos R will be available in three solid color options- Streaky Red, Oceanic Blue, and Midnight Black. Also comes with a home charging set-up as standard.
