The 2022 Royal Enfield Meteor 350 new edition will be sold along with the current variant. The upcoming new variant will probably be released either before the end of the month or in the first few days of July.
A lot of motorcycles are being tested right now, so it looks like Royal Enfield is about to launch a motorbike. The most anticipated debuts are the Meteor 650, Shotgun 650, Himalayan 450, Scream 450, Hunter 350, the new Bullet 350, and even a new Meteor 350 model.
The Meteor 350 is made by Royal Enfield and is one of the most selling bikes in India. It has good cruise capability and offers a good mix between price and performance. Speculating that the upcoming Meteor 350 model will be a sportier variant similar to the X versions of the Thunderbird. However, not many changes have been made to the motorcycle seen in the latest surveillance image.
New Meteor 350X Variant
There are now 3 variants of the Meteor 350 from Royal Enfield. Supernova, Stellar, and Fireball. The Stellar and Supernova feature chrome exhausts and traditional color schemes that give them a vintage vibe. Apart from the color variations, the Stellar and Supernova also feature a pillared backrest and a front windscreen. The black finish on the entire motorbike, except the red fuel tank, gives a dynamic look to the base Fireball model.
Customers who opt for a sportier look are not provided with things like windshield and pillar backrest. If they choose these elements, vintage charm and chrome sparkles will replace sporting appeal. There has never been a middle ground, and this new variety will fill that gap. The bike gets the same black rear mudguard and exhaust as the Fireball, but it also gets a passenger backrest.
Expect the new Royal Enfield Meteor 350X to sport a fireball color scheme and supernova features like a pillared backrest and front windshield. To provide some variety, Royal Enfield may equip the Meteor 350 with sportier tires and a slightly tighter suspension.

The introduction of the new variation is expected soon. We anticipate some stylistic adjustments, new color options, and more design components that may be dropped or introduced depending on the market that Royal Enfield is targeting.
In terms of powertrain and chassis, the Meteor 350 is a streamlined kit. It is built on the new “J” platform for business and is powered by Royal Enfield’s 349 cc JD1 engine. It produces 27 Nm torque at 4000 RPM and 20.2 Bhp at 6100 RPM. This engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The new model is expected to retain the same chassis and drivetrain.
Currently, the best 350cc bikes in India include the Royal Enfield Classic 350, Honda CB350, and the most popular Royal Enfield Bullet 350.
Royal Enfield Meteor 350X Price
Currently, the price of the Royal Enfield Meteor 350 is between Rs 2,01,253 to Rs 2,17,469. The price of the upcoming model is expected to be Rs. 8,000 to Rs. 10,000 more than the current price of the Fireball variant. Jawa Perak and Yezdi Roadster will directly compete with this new Meteor 350 variant.
