According to a report by Indian auto magazine Car & Bike, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) is preparing to introduce a new 100cc motorcycle. The new model will undoubtedly be a cost-effective vehicle emphasizing comfort, comfort, and fuel efficiency. Though the motorcycle details have not been made public, it will likely be a typical commuter model like the CD100 Dream DLX.

The 109.5cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder Honda Dream DLX and Livo share similar engine performance, producing 8.7 horsepower. Hero Splendor, the bike Honda is targeting for its upcoming commuter model, features a 100cc engine comparable in performance to the supposedly smaller engine of the upcoming model. For context, Hero Splendor is the best-selling motorcycle in India.

Nevertheless, the Honda Activa line has contributed significantly to the business’s sales. It is the most popular scooter in India and tops the sales list.
