Harley Davidson X440 booking window closed

The Harley-Davidson X440 was launched last month, and bookings for the motorcycle began sometime after Rs 5,000, with the first booking window now closed. As was unveiled earlier, H-D will now roll out pan-India test drives, after which deliveries will begin. After this, the second booking window will be announced in September 2023.

Have you booked your Harley Davidson Motorcycle yet? If not, then you have missed your chance to own the first batch of the most premium motorcycle ever developed by Hero-MotoCorp. The Harley-Davidson X440 is the product of a collaboration between Indian automotive giant Hero MotorCorp and the Milwaukee-based American manufacturer. It was exclusively for the Indian market and was launched here last month.

The Harley Davidson S Variant Is In High Demand

Hero MotoCorp also says that the top-spec S variant has received 65 percent of bookings, indicating high demand. The Harley Davidson X440 S variant customers get diamond-cut alloy wheels, a color TFT dash with Bluetooth connectivity, 3D badging, and machined engine cooling fins. It is available only in Stealth Matte Black color.

As per the official statement, the starting ex-showroom prices have now been revised and will cost Rs 2,39,500, Rs 2,59,500, and Rs 2,79,500 (all prices ex-showroom) for the Denim, Vivid, and S variants, respectively. The new prices of the Harley-Davidson X440 will be effective when the booking window reopens.

Harley-Davidson X440 Engine 

Harley-Davidson X440 is a cruiser bike with a single-cylinder, air-oil cooled 440cc BS6 engine that generates 27 bhp power and 38 Nm torque. The kerb weight of this X440 bike is 190.5 kg, and its fuel tank capacity is 13.5 liters.

The X440 primarily competes against the Royal Enfield Classic 350, the segment also has options in the form of the Triumph Speed 400, Jawa 42, Yezdi Roadster,  and the Meteor 350, another newly launched product.
