Yamaha FZ-X to launch soon

The Yamaha FZ-X motorcycle will soon be available in India in 2023. The next Yamaha FZ-X, based on the 150cc base, will come with dual-channel ABS in the Indian market.

According to several media reports, new color possibilities and front two-piston calipers are two more notable improvements. The 2023 FZ-X will get black rims with pinstriping and golden-finish alloy wheels like the Yamaha FZ S FI and FZ S25. Metallic Blue, Matte Black, and Matte Copper are the three color options for the 2023 Yamaha FZ-X. The two-wheeler company will soon showcase its new model at the Kerala TVS shoot, which is already underway.

Yamaha FZ-X – Details

It appears that some minor changes have been made to the design. Above the elliptical headlight is a fresh, attractive windscreen. A tubular steel frame around the headlight resembles the Royal Enfield Himalayan. The high-mount fenders similar to Hero XPulse 200 T, which, as you can see, are also body-colored, are another significant change at the front end. For colors, the test model’s orange seems to be a new color, and we can guess that Yamaha bikes will introduce a new palette for the 2023 FZ-X.

The new gold-colored alloy wheels, which contrast with the orange bodywork, are also visible in the spy pictures. It will be interesting to see how the bike looks in person, as Yamaha offered gold-colored rims on the FZS 25.

Lastly, the FZ-X will get dual-channel ABS brakes, a welcome inclusion considering our roads’ texture. We do not expect any change in the mechanical design of the bike. Yamaha FZ-X is powered by a 149cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine that generates 12.4 horsepower at 7,250 rpm and 13.3 Nm of torque at 5,500 rpm.

The bike is expected to be released in the coming weeks. Be with Bikechuno for updates on the 2023 Yamaha FZ-X.
