2023 Repsol Editions of Honda Hornet 2.0 and Dio 125 Launched in India

2023 Repsol editions of Hornet 2.0 and Dio 125 launched in India by Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India. The starting price of this new limited-edition is Rs 92,300 (ex-showroom) and Rs 1.40 lakh (ex-showroom), respectively. The Repsol editions will be available at Honda Red Wing dealerships across the country.

If we talk about changes, then there is nothing special; the manufacturer has made only decorative changes in Repsol models, and mechanically, they remain the same as before.

Honda Dio 125 Repsol Edition: Design and Features

Honda Motorcycle has made new changes in its old models and tried to improve them. The 2023 Honda Dio 125 Repsol Edition sports a recognizable Repsol livery with a dual-tone paint treatment in Ross White and Vibrant Orange. The new changes that have been make are LED headlamps and a blacked-out dual-tip silencer. It has a split grab rail, wave disc brakes, orange alloy wheels, and a fully digital instrument dashboard with Honda’s Smart Key. The standard variant of the scooter has a basic design along the lines of Honda.

Honda Dio 125 Repsol Edition: Engine

This scooter is equipped with Honda’s innovative H-Smart system. This technology, which debuted with the Honda Activa, offers an anti-theft system with remote find, remote unlock, and keyless entry.

The Honda Dio 125 is power by a 123.92cc, 4-stroke, single-cylinder that produces 8.1 bhp and 10.4 Nm of torque. Braking is handle by Combi-Brake System (CBS) with equalizer, and it has telescopic front suspension and 3-step adjustable rear suspension.

Honda Hornet 2.0 Repsol Edition: Design and Features

Like the Dio 125 Repsol Edition, the Hornet 2.0 Repsol Edition features a dual-tone color scheme of Ross White and Vibrant Orange, with racing stripes on the fuel tank and design changes. It also features a split seat, key-on tank placement, and an all-LED lighting system (LED headlight, LED winkers, and X-shaped LED tail lamp). Although the special-edition motorcycle has the same appearance, it looks sportier and can stand out in the crowd due to its color scheme.

Honda Hornet 2.0: Engine

The Hornet 2.0 is power by an 184.40cc, 4-stroke, single-cylinder BSVI OBD2 compliant PGM-FI engine. That produces 17 bhp and 15.9 Newton-meters of torque. The engine is mate to a 5-speed gearbox and includes a new assist slipper clutch. It features an upside-down (USD) front fork, a first in the sub-200cc motorcycle sector. A mono-shock rear suspension, alloy wheels, and a split seat layout. Additionally, the disc brakes at both ends are equipped with a single-channel anti-lock braking system (ABS).
