Triumph Motorcycles revealed its most affordable offerings – the Speed 400 and the Scrambler 400X – a few weeks ago. The list of available accessories has been shown to showcase the motorcycle, along with options to personalize the Speed and Scrambler to your liking.
The company offers over 25 Triumph genuine accessories. To enhance the style of the Speed 400 and add versatility to the bike. Like Royal Enfield Bikes, customers can get factory-fitted accessories to the motorcycle through its make-your-own program. These accessories are designed by the same engineers who designed the Speed 400 and came with a two-year unlimited mileage warranty.
Style and Comfort Accessories
Triumph Speed 400 features a satin black body and machined aluminum bezels with LED bullet indicators. There is also an option to choose from different knee pads and quilted seats to enhance the visual appeal of the motorcycles. In addition, a twin silencer gives the bike a fresh look and comes with a replacement heat shield. The Scrambler 400X gets a front beak which makes it an off-roader.
Luggage Accessories
Versatility has also been provided to the Triumph Speed 400 by adding a few accessory options. The Speed 400 includes a luggage rack, a nylon tank bag, single-sided sturdy pannier mounts, a semi-rigid top box, and a nylon roll bag.
The top box has a 30-litre capacity and a 5 kg payload. It can be fitted with a full-face helmet and expands to 35 liters. Triumph Speed 400 has a quick-release mounting mechanism, but you need a separate luggage rack for the top box.
The bike gets a waterproof roll bag with a 30-liter capacity and a payload of 3 kg, and a strap-mounted tank bag with an 8.5-liter capacity. The Triumph Speed 400 also has a 20-litre rugged pannier mount, which can be attached to the left side. This item features a mounting system that can be locked with a key to provide security. It can also hold a payload of up to 5 kg.
Protection Accessories
The Speed 400 and the Scrambler 400X promise to uphold the ethos of Triumph Motorcycles. However, it is available in a smaller engine displacement variant. Protective accessories are essential to protect the vital components of a motorcycle. These include a slightly longer fly screen, a steel mesh guard for the radiator, a redesigned headlight grille and bezel, and an aluminum sump guard. But also you can get a GPS tracker kit, stylish tank pads, and upper and lower engine protection bars.
