Patent applications made in the Chinese market have revealed information about Benelli’s next naked motorcycle. Here is all the information you should be aware of.
800cc Benelli Naked Bike
The Benelli naked bike can be powered by a 799cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin motor with an output rating of 96bhp. It looks similar to the 752S and is powered by a 754cc engine that produces 75bhp and 67Nm. Additionally, the new model’s weight is estimated to be 12 kg less than the 220 kg of the 752S.
Both the design and the underlying elements are likely to stay. It will be backed by KYB rear shocks and 50mm Marzocchi USD forks. It is also expected that the multi-channel ABS and 320 mm twin front disc and 260 mm single rear disc braking system will remain the same. Additionally, as per stealth plans, the Benelli will get 17-inch wheels with 120/70 front and 180/55 rear tyres.
Given that Adishwar Auto Ride is bringing new brands and accessories to the Indian market, it will be interesting to see this bike reach there. While Benelli and Moto Morini will handle the mid-displacement and middleweight categories, Zontes and Keyway will focus on the sub-400 cc market. However, this bike will take some time to be formally introduced to the world.
