TVS Apache RR310: Design
We are happy that a large portion of the Akula 310 concept made it into the TVS Apache RR 310 production. The model has a mean-looking nose and beautifully defined wind tunnel lines. The devil’s horn-shaped tail light design sets it apart, and the twin headlight arrangement will surely draw notice. The RR 310 has a sleek, aggressive, and quick appearance. The most distinctive bike here is the KTM RC 390, which stands out because of its peculiar headlight cluster and aggressive style. The orange and black paint job also makes it the most visually striking.
The twin-cylinder models sport a more substantial frame without being overtly aggressive. The Kawasaki Ninja 300, which took style cues from the Ninja ZX-10R, has maintained very nicely over time. The model, nevertheless, has its charm and looks stunning. In contrast, opinions regarding the Benelli 302 R’s design have been divided, particularly over the large front fairing. While some people may find the styling appealing, it does not have the disadvantages of a giant bike when ridden.
TVS Apache RR310: Features
This area is packed with features for the KTM RC 390. In addition to the standard features, the bike has industry firsts like adjustable levers, a slipper clutch, ride-by-wire, and more. Additionally loaded is the all-digital instrument cluster. In terms of hardware, the Apache RR 310 is comparable to the KTM bike thanks to a feature-rich digital console that is layered vertically. A lap timer, gearshift indication, real-time mileage display, and many other features are included in the unit’s array of informational features. However, it does not have the fancy features seen on the KTM. In the meantime, the more traditional-looking Kawasaki Ninja 300 and Benelli 302R come equipped with an analog-digital instrument console.
TVS Apache RR310: Engine and Performance
BMW India created the TVS Apache RR 310 engine. The identical 312 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled motor drives the G 310 R, headed for India. This motor produces a peak torque of 27 Nm and 33.5 horsepower. The motor and 6-speed gearbox are matched. Those are noteworthy engine displacement figures, particularly in light of the engine’s 170 kg curb weight, which indicates an excellent power-to-weight ratio.
TVS Apache RR310: Price
With the new Apache RR 310, TVS has maintained competitive pricing; the bike is available for Rs. 2.71 lakh (ex-showroom). That pricing point essentially undercuts every competitor on this list.
