KTM 125 Duke and 390 Duke

KTM AG has introduced the 2023 125 Duke and 390 Duke in Europe. The MY2023 motorcycles are part of KTM’s streetfighter portfolio update, which also includes the re-introduction of the 790 Duke on the old continent. Mechanical specifications of the 2023 KTM 125 Duke and 390 Duke remain similar to the current versions, but additional color options are available.

2023 KTM 125 Duke and 390 Duke: Colors

The new blue and white color scheme of the 2023 KTM 125 Duke is accented by the orange tail section and alloy wheels. Two new colors for the KTM 390 Duke for 2023: Orange with Blue and Grey and Black with Matte Grey. The new colors are meant to give motorcycles a breath of fresh air.

2023 KTM 125 Duke and 390 Duke: Specification & Feature

Mechanically both motorcycles remain unchanged. The 124.7cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine powering the 125 Duke produces 14.7 horsepower and 12 Nm of peak torque. The motor is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The motorcycle houses an 11-liter fuel tank and USD forks from WP handle front and rear suspension. The Bybre units with 300mm front disc and 230mm rear disc provide the braking performance. Single-channel ABS is standard on the motorcycle.

However, the same 373.2cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine that powers the 2023 KTM 390 Duke is still used and has been tuned for 43 horsepower and 37 Nm of peak torque. A 6-speed gearbox with a slipper clutch and quick-shifter is mated to the powerplant. The bike also gets WP USD front forks and ByBre brakes. ABS with dual channels is standard on the 390 Duke.

2023 KTM 125 Duke and 390 Duke: Launching Details

The KTM Duke line is overdue for an overhaul, and significant revisions are expected when the new generation is launched. It is speculated that the brand-new Duke lineup will debut late next year, probably at the 2023 EICMA motorcycle show. The model will be produced in India and is expected to be launched in 2024. In related news, KTM will showcase the 450 Rally during the India Bike Week event in December this year.
