KTM has revealed the limited-edition 450 Rally Replica globally. The bike features a 16-liter fuel tank, 139 Kg dry weight, and a 450cc SOHC fuel-injected engine that generates a power of 68 HP.
The customer-facing version of KTM’s factory rally vehicle, the 2023 450 Rally Replica, was introduced recently. The replica model was created exclusively based on feedback from KTM’s Dakar champions and includes components that meet their performance requirements. This KTM bike is a limited edition that was specially designed to beat the stopwatch and win in multi-stage cross-country rallies.

For the 2019 model year, up to 500cc SOHC fuel-injected engines gained power, and this increase will also apply to the 2023 model. After the power bump, KTM hasn’t disclosed the horsepower figures, but as a point of comparison, the 450cc rally bike we saw in 2016 produced 68 hp.
This vehicle is ready to run right out of the box. Several state-of-the-art parts dominate the bike and emphasize its competitive attitude. Most notable among these is the state-of-the-art WP XACT PRO suspension, which offers the right blend of sharp feel, traction, and reliable performance. The buoyancy of the 450cc single-cylinder engine is handled by the tiny Akrapovic exhaust system, which also contributes to the centralization of mass.

The 2023 KTM 450 Rally Replica is a highly coveted, limited-edition motorcycle with a global production cap of just 70 units. And they move fast! KTM’s news announcement didn’t include pricing, but the 2017 model’s MSRP was set at EUR 25,900 (USD 27,220) with VAT and delivery included. Availability is expected to begin in September 2022.
