The new Hunter 350 is currently the most affordable Royal Enfield motorcycle in India, Approx Rs. 5,000 less expensive than the Bullet 350.
The new Hunter 350 was unveiled by Royal Enfield last month in India after several months of leaked images and teasers. Retro Factory, Metro Dapper, and Metro Rebel are the three variants available in India. Metro Dapper and Metro Rebel are priced at Rs. 1,63,900 and Rs. 1,68,900, respectively, while the retro factory trim is priced at Rs. 1,49,900.
The Royal Enfield Hunter 350 beat the Classic 350 in sales in August 2022. Hunter 350, Royal Enfield is planned to target a new set of younger customers who traditionally might not associate with the Royal Enfield badge. With its comparatively lightweight, sporty handling and best pricing, Royal Enfield has already taken the first steps in the right direction.

In August 2022, Royal Enfield sold 18,197 units of the new Hunter 350. This sale is reported in the domestic market. Additionally, 78 Hunter units were exported last month, marking the start of exports. In contrast, RE’s best-selling Classic 350 sold 18,993 units in the domestic market.
Royal Enfield Hunter 350: Price and Specs
Royal Enfield launched in India in three different variants – Retro Factory, Metro Dapper, and Metro Rebel. Retro Factory trim is priced at Rs. 1,49,900, Metro Dapper is priced at Rs 1,63,9000, and Metro Rebel is priced at Rs 1,68,900.
The new Royal Enfield Hunter 350 bike is powered by a 349cc, four-stroke air-oil cooled engine; One cylinder is equipped with fuel injection with new technology. Its engine, mated to a 5-speed gearbox, generates 20.2bhp power, 6100rpm, and 27Nm maximum torque at 4,000rpm. The speed of Hunter 350 is 114kmph. In terms of price, the new Hunter 350 is the company’s low-cost bike offered in the Indian market.
Royal Enfield Classic 350
The new Classic 350 has introduced different colors and series. Prices of the new Classic 350 start at Rs 1,90,092 for the Redditch series Grey and Sage Green with one-channel ABS and is newly equipped with a 349cc single-cylinder counterbalanced air-cooled engine, which generates 20.2 PS power and 27Nm of torque. The total weight of this bike is 195 kg, a 5-speed transmission, and a mileage of up to 37kmpl. Also, it has smartphone-connectivity turn-by-turn navigation, and it opts for the top-of-the-line Chrome variant.
Regarding other 350cc bikes in India, RE Meteor 350 and Honda CB350 are also on the top list.
How Royal Enfield Hunter 350 Almost Beats Classic 350
According to the sales figure, The RE Classic 350 is the most selling bike in India. The company sold the Unit 18,993 of Royal Enfield Classic 350 in August 2022. At the same time, RE sold 18,197 units of Hunter 350 along with 78 exported units. The difference was only 796 units between these bikes in terms of sales. The total sale of RE motorcycles in India in August was 70,112 units which is about 53% more than last month.
