2024 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-4RR – Top Highlights

The highly revered Ninja ZX-4RR was recently introduced by Kawasaki Bikes in India. There are several reasons why this motorcycle is unique. Here are five things you should know about it if you want to buy it soon or are too captivated by it.

HIGH-QUALITY COMPONENTS

This small supersport is supported by a steel trellis frame suspended by a mono-shock and upside-down forks. Showa is the supplier of the arrangement, which has complete adjustability at the back and preload adjustment up front. This product’s braking system consists of one 220mm rotor at the back and two 290mm discs at the front.

A FOUR-CYLINDER ENGINE

The engine configuration of the Ninja ZX-4RR is rather unusual. It has four inline cylinders and a displacement of only 399cc, but its screaming, high-revving character makes it extremely renowned. This unit generates 39 Nm of torque at 13,000 rpm and 76 horsepower at 14,500 rpm. A RAM air may provide power outputs of nearly 80 horsepower.

ELECTRONIC ASSISTANCE

With regard to rider aids, the 4RR is fairly equipped for a 400cc motorcycle. It has a 4.3-inch TFT screen with full LED illumination, and it can be coupled with a smartphone using the Rideology mobile application from Kawasaki. Additional features include two power modes (full and low), three levels of traction control, ABS, and four riding modes (sports, road, rain, and rider).

ELEGANT STYLE

The Ninja ZX-4RR draws design cues from larger Kawasaki sportbikes, giving it an aggressive and sleek appearance. In India, Kawasaki has only introduced it with the Lime Green/Ebony paint scheme. On the fuel tank, there is a decal that reads “Kawasaki Racing Team,” and the ZX-4RR sticker is placed across the fairing.

EXPENSIVE OPTION

In India, the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-4RR is offered as a fully assembled model, bringing its cost in line with the considerably larger Z900. For the ex-showroom, it costs ₹ 9.10 lakh. That may be costly, but there’s no comparing the exclusivity and uniqueness it offers.
