Ultraviolette unveiled the F77 Mach 2, an updated type of electric motorcycle. The Bengaluru, India-based EV manufacturer is now providing it in nine different color options, including Lighting Blue, Asteroid Grey, Turbo Red, Afterburner Yellow, Stealth Grey, Cosmic Black, Plasma Red, Supersonic Silver, and Stellar White. The Ultraviolette bikes launched the F77 Mach 2 in two variants, Standard and Recon. How distinct, though, are the two F77 Mach 2 versions? This is the justification.
Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2 Standard
An electric motorbike with exceptional speed and range is the Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2 Standard. This two-wheeler has a strong battery pack, a proprietary 5-level safety system, and a battery management system. A 10.3 kWh battery powers the Recon variant, while a 7.1 kWh cell powers the lesser variant. Power is extracted from the battery by a permanent magnet AC motor and sent to the wheel via an automated gearbox. It can produce 36–40 bhp and 90–100 Nm of maximum power and torque, respectively.
It is equipped with a 7.1kWh battery and a 27kW peak power motor, and its pricing is Rs. 2.99 lakh (ex-showroom, Bengaluru). This electric motorcycle comes with a conventional charger that charges a 20% to 80% smaller battery in three hours. The stated range of the standard model is 211 km. Only three switchable regenerative braking levels are available for the base type.
Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2 Recon
The F77 Mach 2 Recon, on the other hand, costs Rs. 3.99 lakh (ex-showroom, Bengaluru). It has a 30kW motor and a 10.3kWh battery that together provide a top speed of 155 km/h and a range of 323 km. There are ten switchable regenerative braking levels available for the Mach 2 Recon. The Mach 2 Recon weighs 207 kg and takes an hour to charge from 20 to 80 percent. The stated range of the Recon variant is 323 km.
