Bajaj Pulsar N160 – Variants Explained

Several Pulsar models have recently been redesigned by Bajaj Auto, adding new features, hardware, and updated prices. The Pulsar N160 also underwent a redesign throughout this process, and it is currently available in two versions. These are the features that the N160’s two trim levels offer.

PULSAR N160 – BASE MODEL

This is the Bajaj Pulsar N160 base trim, as the name implies, and it costs Rs. 1,22,959 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Three colors are available in this variant: Brooklyn Black, Pearl Metallic White, and Polar Sky Blue.

Additionally, the base model has a mono-shock setup and standard telescopic front forks. Even though the least expensive Bajaj Pulsar N160 has dual-channel ABS, it also has a semi-digital instrument console with smartphone connectivity for text messages and phone calls.

PULSAR N160 – TOP MODEL

This Bajaj Pulsar N160 version was just released, and it has a tonne of new features. In contrast to the base model, the new trim comes with new graphics on the fuel tank, glossy racing red paint, and USD front forks with a golden color finish.

Additionally, the top-of-the-line Pulsar N160 has a fully digital instrument console with turn-by-turn navigation and smartphone connectivity for call and SMS alerts. The addition of the three ABS modes—Road, Rain, and Off-road—has improved its safety as well.

The new Bajaj Pulsar N160 is available for Rs. 1,40,025 (ex-showroom, Delhi). This results in an approximate Rs. 6,000 price increase above the base trim.

Nevertheless, the 164.82cc oil-cooled engine, which produces 14.65Nm at 6,750 rpm and 15.68bhp at 8,750 rpm, powers both versions. It has a gearbox with five speeds.
