TVS iQube 2.2kwh Variant Top 5 Highlights

Recently, TVS Motor Company updated its iQube selection, adding a top-of-the-line ST trim and a more reasonably priced base model. With the addition of a 2.2kWh battery pack, the regular iQube now has an even more affordable pricing. In this post, we will highlight the main features of the TVS iQube 2.2kWh model.

Reduced Cost

The lowest-priced TVS iQube model costs ₹ 94,999 (ex-showroom). This covers the refund and EMPS subsidy, which is good until June 30, 2024. The iQube base model includes a smaller battery pack, which enables a lower price point.

As previously indicated, the normal TVS iQube comes with a 3.4kWh battery pack; however, the lower-spec model only comes with a 2.2kWh battery pack. The version with the smaller battery pack claims a range of 75 km and a top speed of 75 kmph. The battery can be charged from 0% to 80% in two hours.

By contrast, the regular version has a top speed of 80 kmph and a claimed range of 100 km on a single charge. However, the other iQube model, which is powered by a 4.4kW BLDC hub motor, provides a peak torque of 140 Nm.

Similar Design

The TVS iQube has a very straightforward appearance that is identical to any ICE-powered scooter, in contrast to some unusual or sporty-looking electric scooters. It has a smooth, family-scooter style with no folds or cuts. The EV’s roomy seat and cozy ergonomics should make daily commuting easier.

Features

The standard iQube includes numerous features, including full LED illumination, two ride modes (Economy and Power), park help, and a USB charging outlet. It also has a five-inch TFT display with turn-by-turn navigation and smartphone connectivity. Additional features include anti-theft alarms, geo-fencing, call/SMS notifications, distance to empty, crash and fall alerts, OTA updates, live indication status, and more.

Hardware

The foundations and hardware components of the whole iQube line are similar. The electric scooter’s tubular frame is supported by dual shocks at the back and telescopic forks up front. It has 12-inch alloy wheels and is braking with a front disc brake and a rear drum brake.
